OWAS Handbook examples code where?

I am reading the book Oracle web application server handbook. In the introduction it is stated:
"Due to production issues, the CD does not contain the source code for the examples in the book. However, the source is available from two online locations: www.dynamic-info.com and www.oraweb.com."

But I could not find oraweb.com and dynamic-info.com did not contain information about the book.
I tried oracle.com, oracles new site for the application server and osborne.com (the last site has code for some Oracle press books for download, but not for he book I am interested in).
