Oracle in WWW

I have to develop a GUI to the WWW
and I don't know what tools should I use.

I always have worked with developer 2000. So I have some experience with the tool of Oracle, but I have no idea how it is to work with Oracle 8 to make a web GUI.

The Data Base is Informix.

So I appreciate if someone help me on this And if possible indicate me some links to pages developed with the different tools so I can have an idea.
