Hi Doug,

I'm searching along these lines too.

I have located a bespoke Oracle product called Echo/2000. Although I can't find out much about it, it sits on top of Designer 2000. I think it comes from Oracle Netherlands, so it's not a mainstream product.

I found the PVCS links to Dev2K weren't all that much to shout about, especially if you consider the somewhat complex project admin setup.

I don't think the product we're looking for actually exists. If it does, I'd appreciate it if you'd email me any further info.
