Des2k 2.1: Can't restore applications: CDI-00210: Message not found; arguments [][][][]

In phase "Restoring applications" - 40%, I have en error:   CDI-00210: Message not found; arguments [][][][]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Some words about the size of the project:

        XT_RM_TEXT_LINES            7226 rows,
        XT_SDDV_DIAGRAM_SEGMENTS   39859 rows
        XT_SDDV_ELEMENTS           15279 rows
        XT_SDDV_STRUCTURE_ELEMENTS 16997 rows

P.P.S I use Oracle V7.3.4 on NT 4.0 with SP3
