Date format

The application is developed using Designer/Developer Release 1.3. The Date display format is dd/mm/yyyy .

The application is developed using Designer/Developer Release 1.3. The Date display format is dd/mm/yyyy .
- The system date display is correct in both Oracle7 UNIX and Oracle8 8.0.3 for NT.
 -   The date is retrieved from table.
? If the database is Oracle7 for UNIX, it displays the correct format.
? In Oracle8 Release 8.0.3 for NT, the display is wrong - dd/mm/00yy.
 
In database instance level of Oracle8 NT,  NLS_DATE_FORMAT =’dd-mm-yyyy’
is set already.
This problem  happened again.  How to solve this problem?
