We have been using Developer 2000 R2.0 and 2.1 for about 3 months now against 7.3.2 and 7.3.4 databases on a UNIX platform. I wouldn't recommend D2K R2.0 or 2.1 with a 7.3.2 database but they work OK with 7.3.4. All of our reports were originally written using Reports 2.5 and ported fairly easily to Reports 3.0. The only idiosyncracy we found is that if you use libraries that are shared by form and report modules, you cannot use form only functions anywhere in the library, even in a procedure that is not referenced by a report.
