FRM-30162 Inconsistent Relationship

[Quoted] I recently upgraded an application from FROMS 4.5 to 5.0. It consists of 14 Forms, one of which is a toolbar subclassed to all of the other Forms. This worked well with all but one Form. When I attempt to generate the Form, I get the following message: 'FRM-30162 - Inconsistent Relationship exists between Window and Toolbar'. I am unable to find anything in this particular Form that is different from the others. All properties at both the Form & Window level are identical to the others (except for data elements & names of course). I am at a loss to figure out what sets this Form apart from the others. Can anyone shed any light on this for me????
