Sql*ReportWriter 1.1 Question

I just installed Sql*ReportWriter 1.1 on an Alpha OpenVMS (6.2) running Oracle 7.1.5. I'm not a Sql*ReportWriter user but one of my analysts informed me that the LIST feature in the query screen is not working. When you press the LIST key you get the following error message: "The List of Values does not currently have any items.". The user is logged into Sql*ReportWriter but does not see any of their tables. Does anyone know what is wrong??
