Try ordering the Web Developer Suite trial CD instead. It comes with Oracle8.0.4 Enterprise, 7.3, Designer 2.1, Developer 2.1, Developer Server, JBuilder, Web Server 3.0 and App Server 4.0, for just $5. I got my copy a couple weeks ago.
