Look at the Oracle Terminal stuff; I used it long ago on Forms 2.3. Fortunately, our current emphasis is to use menu options and buttons to do things, rather than trap 'magic keys', so I have not done anything with them is a long time. You have to be careful - if you modify the default settings, an upgrade will probably overwrite your file. If you create your own terminal file, you have to specify it with every form, or you will get inconsistent behavior.
