Q: authentication via finger print or card

Hi,

does someone of you use authentication methods by finger rpint or cards? I'm looking for a way to authenticate to an Oracle application by these ways. If someone of you can give me more information how it works, which requirements are needed and which experiences you got with these systems I would be very glad.
