The best response to your problem is to program using OCI routines.
(Oracle Call Interface). If you download some free trial Oracle Product on
www.oracle.com ,
the Oracle documention will be downloaded as well (in the format Acrobat
Reader),
in which you will find the Programmer's guide to the Oracle Call Interface.
