Error while importing dump file - ORACLE 7.2.3.0.0 and SAP R/3 Kernel 3.1H

I successfully exported an entire ORACLE DATABASE 7.2.3.0.0 with tool called 'exp'. No warnings
were encountered in log files. I'm trying at the moment to import the exported file, but each time I try
imp I got the following error messages:

I'm running an HP s800 model H50 and HPUX 10.20 with 'extension-sw' CD of March 98.
