HELP! I have a problem with the Forms, Menu Module.

I am experiencing problem with running the Form Module, actually the Form was

fine up until the point when I attached a Menu. I kept getting error message

FRM - 10221: Cannot read file...

I specified the complete path of the menu module - it didn't help.

I placed the menu module under the same directory as the form module exe.

and created a program item with a working directory, the one where these exe.

are located - it didn't help either.

I am using WindowsNT, Oracle8, Forms4.5.

If anybody solved such a problem before, please, give me a hint.
