You need to look for Tk2Motif.rgb somewhere under your $ORACLE_HOME and depending on the Tcl/tools revision Exanples:

./guicommon2/tk21/admin/Tk2Motif.rgb
./guicommon2/tk23/admin/Tk2Motif.rgb
