Try PowerDesigner by SYBASE. You can get a trial download from their website. I think the URL is www.sybase.com/products/PowerDesigner. I used is once and it was quite good. It is not a very powerful tool when tryin to report on a large database with lots of tables; it splits tables over page breaks etc.
