Integrate new resource file in forms 4.5

Hi,
I've created a new resource file with Oracle Terminal to change the
default
key mapping. Now I want to start my application (Forms 4.5, Windows Nt
4.0)
with this new resource file without deleting the standard resource file.
I've tried to use the run-form parameter term, but it does not work.
Can anybody help me ??
