There is no SQL*UNLOADER, the best you can do is go to my web page and grab a utility to dump data in a sql*loader readable format. go to http://www.oracle-dba.com and click on the scripts link.

it is about half way down, it is written by Jared Still, the list owner of the NEW oracle-l listserv.
