To base a forms 5.0 block on a stored procedure, is possible?

Hi,
I've tried to base a forms 5.0 block on a stored procedure, but I've the next questions:

1- Where I found reference documentation on this technique?
2-This way is sufficiently stable to base on a application ?
3-Why Oracle don't document fine this technique on latest release of

Developer 2000 (Rel. 2.1)?

   I've tried to find more technical documentation on latest release of Developer 2000 (Rel. 2.1), but unsuccessful.

   I've tried to ask more technical information to Oracle Italian Support, but unsuccessful.
