DDE package problem

Hi,
With Forms 4.5, is there some way I can use DDE package to interface with MS Word in the Windows NT 4.0 environment. Function DDE.INITIATE don't works. Maybe I could not use service name "winword" for this function on NT ? There is not problems with DDE package in the Windows 95 environment.
