Designer 2000 Error

I am using the Oracle Designer 2000 Version 1.3.2 under Windows NT server and RDBMS version 7.3.4.0.0
My problem is:
When I try to generate from entities to tables and the entities have foreign keys with other tables, which are shared from other applications, is giving me this message: CDA-01064: Only tables, views and snapshots can be referenced. If in the error message box I push More and then show cause/action and then Next it hows:
CDA-01060: Specified Foreing key table definition does not exist. So it doesn't create the foreign key fields, primary key or indexes.
For applications imported and upgraded from the previous version of
Oracle Designer/2000
Repository:
Release 6.0.9.0.0 to the new one (1.3.2), I'm having the following
problems:
If I try to create or update a new field it shows me the following error
message:
RME-00222: Failed to dispatch operation to repository.
If in the error message box I push More and then show cause/action and
then Next it shows:
RME-00011: Operation 'ins' on column has failed.
Cause: An API operation request has faid form some reason.
If I try Next:
RME-00020: Internal API error ORA-01403 no data found.
Cause: The API has detect an internal inconsitency.
Action: Contact Designer /2000 support customer.
When I do generate a table with foreign keys of the same
application shows the next error:
CDI-21500: Invalid object ID. Provide for property
SOURCE_ATTRIBUTE_REFERENCE on column with id=352988
This is an internal error.
Customers should not attempt to correct this themselves.
