Runform and Terminal mappings - help needed

Hello,
I'm experiencing some problems in getting a forms4.5 application to use a different terminal mapping. I've created my own terminal mapping called MISUKW.res and I try and call the form using:
f45run module=myform userid=scott/tiger term=misukw
but the application appears to ignore this and uses the default key-mappings. Must the mappings be in a specific directory or is placing them in the forms working directory ok?
Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
BTW the platform I'm using is win3.11.
