adding pdf files on forms 4.5

i am trying to add pdf file for each record in the database.. each record when displayed should have a pdf which has a large article for that record, how do i link pdf files with each record... i tried ole control but it give me dynamic pdf file for all record, what to do if i need to give link for each record a pdf file link... The case is similar to a employee database, like when we pull the record of a employee we also can see his photo image, if any one knows how this concept works please any comment or suggestion in this matter is appretiated.
