Oracle8 &Borland C++ Builder?

I have a big problem with interoperation between Personal Oracle 8 and Borland C++ Builder 3.0. Help me, please! Personal Oracle 8.0.3.0.0, Net8, ODBC 8.0.3.0.2 is installed on Windows 95. During connection BDExplorer to the database CONNECT is ok, but during sending SQL query BDExplorer had abnormally terminated with next error message:
DBEXPLOR caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL.
My working applications for Personal Oracle 7.3 are also not work under
Personal Oracle 8.
May be cause is simple: Borland C++ Builder 3.0 is not work with Personal
Oracle 8?
