ORACLE.INI - DESKTOP

I have been going through some of our old files and a soon to be older  version of our desktop ORACLE.INI contains the following lines.

        ORACLE_TVO=VIDEO
        WIN_LOCAL_SESSIONS=1
     

Please can anyone inform me what these lines were/are used for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.(We are currently using forms 4.5 with Oracle 7.3 database) Received on Fri May 08 1998 - 17:22:27 CEST
