I saw it too...
My problem was this:
I have referenced forms... and their name was in mixed case like: Refe1.fmb and I found that in EVERY referenced object of my forms the name wasRefe1.fmb so...
If you see, may be the form names are on the Unix Side on Lowercase or Uppercase format like refe1.fmb or REFE1.FMB...
So you must...
Check in your forms EVERY referenced object to see if this is correct...
