Upgrades

Dear all,
In an attempt to make our database Y2K compliance, we are upgrading our Oracle 6.2 database to Oracle 7.3 on Solaris 2.6. Existing applications were developed using Forms 2.3, Forms 3.0 and Pro-C 1.2.
The plan is to use Forms 4.5 and Proc-C 1.4 to modify the applications. Now comes the question. Is there anyone that can help me point out where I can lookup major differences between Forms 2.3 and Forms 3.0 with Forms 4.5; and Pro-C 1.2 with Pro-C 1.4. I want to know what works in the older version and does not work in the newer version.
