Which is it, PO7 or Oracle Lite? The error means *very* different things depending on this. If it *IS* Oralce Lite - this means that you have no ODBC Administrator/Common files installed on the computer, (i.e. ODBC.DLL/ODBC32.DLL). Get the redistributables from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/data
