I haven't heard of any major bugs, but I have heard of, and encountered a lot of minor ones. I would not let that stop you from considering the tool. They have made a lot of improvements that make the tool easier to learn and use. Also, there are some books that are currently being written that will help in the learning process. There is even an advanced book: Teach Yourself Advanced Oracle Developer 2000 in 21 days, published by QUE, that is due to hit the shelves in October. This is being co-authored by I Michael Snyder, Roger Dorsey, and myself. (Yes that was a shameless plug. I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself!)

Seriously, Dev2k is an extremely powerful tool that is definitely worth considering.
