Sending messages between separate forms

Hi!

[Quoted] [Quoted] We are developing a number of separate forms (Forms 4.5), and [Quoted] would like the forms to be able to send messages between each others.

One way to do this is perhaps to set a global to a value, activate the target form, and in a WHEN-WINDOW-ACTIVATED trigger in the target, check the global variable for a message.

Have anyone done anything like this? Is there a better way to communicate between alread running forms?
