sqlcxt error

We are using Pro*C/C++ 2.2 and Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0. I'm getting the link error "LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _sqlcxt". We included sqlca.h, oraca.h and sqlda.h in the host program as suggested from previous replies, but this has not solved the problem. Anyone?
