Is Forms 5.0/Reports 3.0 runtime backward compatible?

Hi,

[Quoted] Can Forms 5.0 and Reports 3.0 Runtime execute 32-bit Forms4.5/Reports 2.5 executable? I assume yes, but Developer 1.3 and Developer 2.0 cannot coexist on the same PC due to different .dll versions with the same names. I want to be able to develop new modules in Developer 2.0 and users to be able to run both old and new forms and reports.
