Forms 5.0 and Web Application Server problem

[Quoted] The Developer/2000 documentation references a Forms Server (F50SRV32.EXE) to be started. It is not present on my installation, but it's present on the D2K CD. Re-installing D2K does not help. I'm running NT 4.0, Oracle 8.04, D2K 2.0 and WAS 3.0 on a standalone computer. Can anyone advise what steps are to be taken to install the Forms Server ?
