I am using Oracle Objects for OLE to create an Active Server based website. My question is whether creating the connection and closing it on a per-page basis takes a performance hit rather than instantiating the OLE object in the Global.ASA file. With ODBC you can use Connection Pooling but since I am not using ODBC I am wondering if Oracle OLE Objects do connection pooling. Received on Thu Mar 12 1998 - 00:00:00 CET
