Designer 2000 Menu Security

[Quoted] Hello. I am working on a project in which we are attempting to implement module menu security using Designer 2000. Each time I attempt to generate the menu module with menu security set on I receive an error (CGEN - 03026, Failed to load security table) and the module fails to generate. I have established roles in designer, and assigned these roles access to the menu module and various modules called from the menu. I have also verified the FRM45_ENABLED_ROLES view exists on our database and my user name can access it, although this view is not displayed in the RON. Has anyone else seen this problem or have any suggestions? I am fairly new to Designer 2000 and would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.
