Creating Online Help files in Oracle?

[Quoted] Is there some way to create online help files within Oracle and/or Oracle Forms 4.5? I need to create both context-sensitive help (i.e. text that pops up for a specific widget or combo box or whatever) as well as regular [Quoted] help that could be accessed via a Help button on a gui screen. Can this be [Quoted] done within Oracle, or will I have to buy specific help-creation software [Quoted] like Robohelp or something? Is there any documentation available on how to [Quoted] go about doing this?
