Database Design Wizard

I am trying to use the Database Design Wizard to generate some tables from Entities in Designer 2000 Release 1.3 on Oracle 7.3

When I choose the entity to be generated and press generate the system is hanging and sometimes generate a Sharing Memory Address error on the NT server.

If anybody knows some solution to my problem thanks in advance and use the next e-mail address.
