Trying to connect externally.

I've just upgraded from Oracle 7.3.2 to 7.3.3 running under VMS 7.1. The problem lies with an account which had been set up to connect externally. After performing the upgrade I get an invalid username/password error on the account. I am able to alter the account so as to require a password, and it works. I also created an external account for the DBA, just to see if it too would work, which it does.
