Oracle newbie needs help with creating an Intranet App !

Fair enough..except i have been given the task to transfer it! I dont know oracle at all, i have managed to get it installed etc but am now [Quoted] [Quoted] in the process of fumbling about! i have no manuals or assitance as there is [Quoted] no one else here that knows oracle either!
