VMS Developer 2000 Debugger Problem

[Quoted] If you try the following command (with output redirected to an X display)

$f45runm someform scott/tiger debug=yes

you get this error

FRM-41838: Use the debugger-enabled executable if specifying DEBUG=YES.

so I changed the command to use the debug executable.

$f45runmd someform scott/tiger debug=yes

but I still get

FRM-41838: Use the debugger-enabled executable if specifying DEBUG=YES.

Any Ideas on how to solve this?
