Developer 2000 reports and IE

[Quoted] We have a application that uses Oracle Reports deployed on an Oracle Web Server 2.1. the client is given a dynamic link based on their choices which passes parameters to the reports server.

Everything works great in Netscape's browsers, however IE connects to the server and hangs. Even with the demo reports IE wont work. It not only doesn't work but it hangs the report server for any other requests.
