i.e. My Oracle 8.0.4 instance has plus80.exe and plus80w.exe where plus80.exe is the command line version and plus80w.exe is the windows version.

(personally, I like SQL*Plus better, you don't have to keep clicking on the different tab's to see what you are doing...)
