Developer 2000 trigger

[Quoted] Does anyone know if you can make a trigger for a 'mouse-click + <keyboard key>'? For example, a trigger that would fire upon holding down the shift key and clicking the mouse. I have tried through the Oracle Terminal to map this combination, but I don't believe you can set mouse clicks there.

There must be a way to do this... If anyone knows, please clue me in.
