Hi,

I am running Powerbuilder 5.0 and Personal Oracle 7.3.3 on Win95. I created a few tables in Oracle, and they were functioning fine. After installing PB 6.0, when I opened PB 5.0's database painter and tried to save an entry in table 'car', got the following message box:

DATA Manipulation for CAR:

   Select Error: SQLSTATE = 01004
[Oracle][ODBC Oracle Driver] Data truncated column 6.

That entry does not save. Column 6's data type is numeric(10). I tried to fix it by unstalling PB 6.0 completely, re-installed Oracle's 7.3 Driver, re-created this table by running the SQLboth from PB5.0's database painter and from Oracle's SQL*Plus tool, but the error is still there.

Can anyone give me a hint? I'd greatly appreciate your expertise.
