If you are using the Oracle Driver then it's obvious from the ODBC manager. There is a field called SQL*Net Connect String.

From what I understand from the Oracle Networking book, its ODBC drivers are dependent on SQL*Net. They use the DLL files to call the support functions for communication using SQL*Net.
