Problems compiling OraPerl

I am trying to compile and install Oraperl - and am having the following problems so far...

I am running on Solaris 2.5.5.1, Perl version 5.004_04, SQLNET 2.3, and Oracle 8.

make: Fatal error: dont know how to make target [perlsrc]/uperl.o

I can't find uperl.o anywhere.

Can I substitute uperl.o with perl.o in the Makefile?

Also - if I copy perl.o to uperl.o, then run the make again, I get the error:

make: Fatal error: dont know how to make target [perlsrc]/usub/mus

What the heck is this file?

I cant find any mus file related to Perl anywhere?

Any help would be awesome. I'd really like to get OraPerl working.
