help: DBD-oracle

I'm installing perl-dbi-0.91.tar.gz and perl-dbd-oracle-0.47.tar.gz. DBI is Ok, on the contrary after to have unzipped the driver perl-dbd-oracle-0.47.tar.gz , it don't contain Makefile. This file is requested from command "make".
(I have read the "readme" file).
What do I do?
