I believe you will have problems - you might end up getting some of the related files for Designer installed on your D: drive also. Maybe you can install all of it on your D: drive. Incidently, Designer 1.3.2 comes with Developer also. Be careful that you don't install the old version over your (hopefully) newer version.

Regarding the 7.3 requirement... somewhere in the docs it says you need 7.3, but I am running 7.1 and it seems to work.
