DBA Performance Tools

[Quoted] We are looking for an unbiased evaluation report comparing DBA-type tools such as SQL-Optimizer DBA, [Quoted] Platinum's Desktop DBA, BMC Patrol, or any Oracle Montoring tools.

We are looking at purchasing some tools to make Tablespace Management and Performance Tuning easier and would like to hear from the experts.
