Stored Procedure and Table

[Quoted] I was trying to create a stored procedure with a name that was used by a table. [Quoted] Oracle 7.3 somehow confused and gave me an error saying the object is already [Quoted] existed. When I rename that table, the stored procedure worked!

[Quoted] Has anyone encounter this problem?? Any suggestions as how to get around this [Quoted] problem? Thanks in advance
